Betsy Serrano, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Cora Health Solutions in Phoenix, Arizona. Betsy graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and continued her education, receiving her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Betsy is compassionate and uses a holistic approach to patient care. Her nursing background began in postcardiac intervention, and she swiftly discovered behavioral health to be her passion. She has worked in almost every department in the hospital, from medical/surgical, telemetry, orthopedic, emergency department, pre- and post-surgical, and even helping in the ICU as a traveling nurse in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Betsy understands that each patient has their own unique needs and tailors care specific to each patient. She treats her patients with dignity, respect, and empathy in a kind, nonjudgemental manner. Her mission is to help people live their best possible life, supporting their physical and mental health needs. In her spare time, Betsy enjoys hiking/walking with her dogs, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Anzhela (Angie) Davydov

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Anzhela (Angie) Davydov, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a dual-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Cora Health Solutions in Phoenix, Arizona. She has lived and practiced medicine in San Diego, California, before moving to Phoenix. She has been practicing medicine since 2017 and brings years of experience in both general and behavioral health care. Although new to Cora Health Solutions, Dr. Davydov is not new to the field and is excited to partner with the team to continue providing high-quality, compassionate care.

She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and holds board certifications in both family medicine and psychiatry. Dr. Davydov has extensive experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, with a focus on depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and substance use disorders.

Known for her warm, patient-centered approach, she offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and advanced treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) for individuals with treatment-resistant symptoms. Many of her patients come to her feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated by limited progress with previous treatments. She works collaboratively with each person to develop a personalized plan that supports real, lasting change.

With a foundation in both physical and mental health, she values clear communication, empathy, and holistic care. Her goal is to meet patients where they are and empower them to feel more in control of their lives.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and engaging in creative projects. Dr.

Joel, a graduate of Dartmouth’s Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice has over 25 years of healthcare experience. He has worked for large payors, United – Oxford Health Plans and Humana, as well as large integrated delivery systems, Banner Health and Veterans Affairs of New England. His career has been focused on the development and implementation of Population Health Models, specifically the management of chronic health conditions.
